HUNG THINH CORPORATION SIGNS STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH FPT GROUP

On December 16, 2020 morning, Hung Thinh Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement with FPT Group. The event opens a new development step when the Parties will work together in the digital transformation, build and apply advanced technology solutions to the administration and operation of urban projects, thereby contributing to accompanying the Government in the process of national digital transformation and socio-economic development.

Mr. Truong Gia Binh - Chairman of FPT Group and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Chairman of Hung Thinh Corporation performed the signing ceremony of cooperation in front of representatives of the two groups.

Under the cooperation, FPT will advise and accompany Hung Thinh to aim to develop Hung Thinh into a digital transformation-based real estate corporation that applies the best technology in Vietnam. In parallel, two Parties will jointly invest, develop and apply pioneering technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI); apply advanced technologies to the construction industry and new construction materials; accompany in building projects of smart urban areas and smart cities, jointly invest in deploying and operating smart platforms for Hung Thinh's projects in Quy Nhon City (Binh Dinh province) ) as well as a number of other projects to contribute to accompanying the Government in developing socio-economy, solving urban problems and improving the quality of life.

This cooperation between two units this time is to further promote digital transformation as well as apply new technology to Hung Thinh Corporation's products to bring customers increasingly perfect values.

Sharing about this cooperation, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Chairman of Hung Thinh Corporation said: “In response to the constant development of the world with the spread of industrial revolutions, Hung Thinh identifies that digital transformation and technology development are inevitable trends for the Group to not only stand firmly in response to the times but also grow stronger. Therefore, for recent years, Hung Thinh has invested hundreds of billions of dong in digital transformation and applying new technologies in product management and development. And with this cooperation event, Hung Thinh and FPT will work together to create the best values in order to build an increasingly prosperous community. In addition, we also support for and invest in science and technology researches of universities and will continue to invest in the coming years. In particular, Hung Thinh has been developing Fintech-combining Proptech platform with initial investment capital of USD 15 million and it’s expected that total investment capital for the project will reach up to USD 70 million in the following year. Our goal is to develop Proptech project into a shared Platform for the whole market to promote transparency, speed of transactions and save time in real estate transactions”.

Previously, FPT and Hung Thinh Corporation also cooperated and signed many information technology and telecommunications service contracts to optimize operations as well as ensure network safety and security.
