HUNG THINH INCONS GROWS TREMENDOUSLY AND REACHES TOP 50 VIETNAM BEST PROFITABLE COMPANIES 2021

On November 25, 2021, at the Announcement Ceremony of Top 500 Most Profitable Companies in Vietnam in 2021 - PROFIT500, Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company (ticker symbol: HTN) was honored in Top 50 Vietnam Best Profitable Companies 2021 voted by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet news.

According to the PROFIT500 ranking, Hung Thinh Incons has experienced a remarkable growth, compared to 2020, the company increased 79 ranks (in the category of private companies) and 143 ranks (in the category of companies in general). In particular, in the ranking by Construction Industry, Hung Thinh Incons rose to 5th position, up to 9 ranks compared to 2020.

In 2021, Hung Thinh Incons sets a target of consolidated revenue of VND 5,782 billion and consolidated profit after tax of VND 234 billion. Efforts to overcome difficulties in the context of the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic, in 2021 Hung Thinh Incons has won the bid to execute many large projects such as Richmond Quy Nhon (scale of 8.3 hectares, including 135 commercial semi-detached row house and high-class duplex villas in the heart of Quy Nhon beach city), New Galaxy Nha Trang (scale of 1.9ha, including 5 blocks of 20-23 floors with about 1,500 apartments and shophouses, panoramic view of Nha Trang pearl bay), Moonlight Centre Point (scale of 1.9ha, including 4 blocks with 24 floors high, more than 1,300 apartments, located in the heart of Ten Lua area, Ho Chi Minh City), completed and handed over two projects including Lavita Charm (handed over in April 2021 with 939 apartments and 115 offices located in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City), District 7 Boulevard (handed over in June 2021 with 1,008 apartments, 84 offices and 41 commercial one-storey apartments in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), and topped out Quy Nhon Melody project (topping-out in September 2021, including 1,332 apartments and 21 shophouses right on the key coastal road of Quy Nhon City)… thereby maintaining the growth in business result and emerged as a bright spot in the industry.

The coming December 7 will be the last registration date for Hung Thinh Incons to fix the list of shareholders to issue shares to pay dividends in 2020. Ex-dividend date is December 6, 2021. The company plans to issue more than 39.6 million shares to pay dividends at the rate of 80%, equivalent to shareholders owning 100 shares to receive 80 new shares. Funds are issued from profit after tax according to the audited 2020 financial statements. After this dividend payment, the charter capital of Hung Thinh Incons will increase from more than VND 495 billion to more than VND 891 billion.

Overcoming challenges, Hung Thinh Incons is gradually expanding its business lines from civil and industrial construction to infrastructure construction associated with urban development, starting from urban areas developed by Hung Thinh Land, creating momentum to expand to other types of infrastructure construction. The company promotes building 5 preferential strategies, including: ecosystem strategy, cooperation strategy, infrastructure strategy, value chain building strategy and technology strategy.
