With impressive business results in the past year, Hung Thinh Real Estate Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Corp) continues to be honored with the "Most Favorite Real Estate Brand 2017 - 2018" and the "Golden Brand 2017". The prizes were presented by Sai Gon Giai Phong (SGGP) Newspaper on January 20, 2018.

In 2017, Hung Thinh marked the real estate market with a series of prominent projects such as Moonlight Boulevard (Binh Tan District), Richmond City (Binh Thanh District), Lavita Charm (Thu Duc District), Cam Ranh Mystery Villas (Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa), Sentosa Villa (Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan), Saigon Mystery Villas (District 2). These products meet the real needs of residence as well as investment of many customers and help Hung Thinh Group to be honored the "Most Favorite Real Estate Brand 2017 - 2018" and the "Golden Brand 2017" again. These awards are the confirmation of customers’ great belief in Hung Thinh Corp.

The award-winning enterprises must meet the stringent criteria of the awarding committee of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper including: financial capabilities (revenue, profit, tax contribution, budget); investment policies for the improvement of brand (advertising activities, customer care, community activities) and passing the evaluation of experts, reporters and readers of the newspaper. At the ceremony, 30 companies in the fields of services, tourism, commerce, real estate were awarded the "Most Favorite Real Estate Brand 2017 - 2018" and 15 Vietnam brands which had been voted for many consecutive years were awarded the "Golden Brand 2017".

Launched in 2006, the "Most Favorite Vietnamese Brand Names” award is one of the annual activities of the Saigon Giai Phong newspaper to honor and encourage Vietnamese enterprises to build prestigious and qualitied brands and build the consumption culture of Vietnamese people. The awards are published based on survey results from the readers as well as the board of reviewers.
