Due to the complicated situation of acute respiratory infection caused by a new strain of Corona virus (2019-nCoV) from China, on February 2, Hung Thinh Corp organized a training session to provide the staff and employees with knowledge so that they can be proactive in disease prevention. At the same time, the Group has applied a number of measures and equipped the necessary equipment such as medical masks, hand wash water, disinfecting office area, arranging a team on duty ... at all offices.
On January 31, 2020, the World Health Organization officially declared the nCoV virus outbreak as a global emergency. To proactively prevent and fight diseases when all employees of the Group come back to work after the New Year holiday in 2020, Hung Thinh Corp has invited Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Cong PhD - Chairman of the Southern Professional Medical Council, Chairman of the Department of Geriatrics Department of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Geriatric Association, Professional Advisor of Saigon HealthCare to the Headquarters Delegation to guide staff and staff to better understand the disease, the knowledge and appropriate precautions to protect the health of themselves and those around them.
The content of the training includes: symptoms, signs of epidemics; knowledge about disease prevention and control; preventive measures; how to self-prevent, how to protect others and how to treat. At the same time, Dr. Nguyen Duc Cong also sent to the staff of the Group a set of 10 questions and answers to proactively prevent diseases issued by the Ministry of Health and provide a hotline for information about epidemics of the Ministry of Health: 19003228 as well as medical facilities receiving disease treatment in Ho Chi Minh City: Ho Chi Minh City Tropical Hospital, Cho Ray Hospital, Children's Hospital 1, Children's Hospital 2, Children's Hospital in HCMC.
In particular, the training session also had the participation and direct instruction from Chairman Nguyen Dinh Trung and Board of Directors of the Group. Under the guidance of the doctor and the sharing and information from the Board of Directors, the staff and employees have been aware and better understand the dangerous nature and serious harms of the disease; Thereby can prevent themselves, their families and colleagues.

In addition, the Group has issued a number of policies to support employees at this time such as: Encouraging employees to limit the use of food outside, instead, the Group allows employees to start working 30 minutes late (in the morning) compared to the time specified by each Unit/ Work/ Project, to have time to prepare lunch to ensure hygiene, health and safety; Employees with young children who are absent from school will be able to work at home or be late/ go home early (depending on the case)...
At the same time, the Group has invited the team of doctors and nurses of Saigon HealthCare to be on duty at the offices and organize disease inspection and consultation for employees. In addition, from 13h - 16h on February 3 - February 2, 2020, Saigon HealthCare also cooperates to organize screening for flu prevention, masks and free handwashing water for all employees.
