Hung Thinh Corporation received prize of Top 10 Vietnam real estate deveopers in consecutive 4th time

On recent May 31, 2019, in BCI Asia Awards program 2019, Hung Thinh Corporation was honored to receive Top Ten Developers. This is the fourth consecutive time the Corporation has received this prestigious award, thereby, Hung Thinh continues to affirm the brand value in the current real estate market in Vietnam.

BCI Asia Awards is an annual awarding event held in 7 Asian countries including: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Celebrating 15 years of honoring top companies, BCI Asia Awards affirms its reputation as one of the most prestigious awards of architecture and construction in the region.

In addition to recognizing developers and architecture companies that have built and designed the most valuable buildings in each country, the BCI Asia awards also aim to encourage the creativity of architecture sector with social responsibility. This year, the list of projects of award-winning elite design companies totaled about VND 7.03 billion, expected to commence in Vietnam in 2019; while the list of projects of top developers has a total value of USD 4.89 billion.

In order to be honored in this award, Hung Thinh and many other developers and architectural companies must undergo rigorous evaluation based on the criteria of scale, architecture, consulting unit, contractor, total project value as well as sustainable development level.

In addition to Top Ten Vietnam Developers 2019, the BCI Asia Awards Organization Committee also awarded other international architectural awards including FuturArc Prize, FuturArc Green Leadership Award and Interior Design Awards for architectures and domestic award winners including: FuturArc Prize (FAP) Award - Asia's leading green design competition and FuturArc Green Leadership Award (FGLA) Award – Recognition of contributions of the teams participating in "green projects".
