On January 9, 2020, Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Incons) was honored for the consecutive second time to receive the prize "Typical Vietnam Construction, Interior and Mechatronics 2019". The prize was awarded by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine in the event of honoring Typical Real Estate Vietnam 2019.

In 2019, a series of projects continued to be implemented simultaneously by Hung Thinh Incons: Moonlight Boulevard, Richmond City, Lavita Charm, Q7 Boulevard, Q7 Saigon Riverside Complex; Sentosa Villa and Cam Ranh Mystery Villas beachfront villas. Especially, this year, Hung Thinh Incons has achieved great successes by continuously taking on the role of general contractor, executing many large-scale projects such as Saigon Garden Riverside Villages, Quy Nhon Melody, Grand Center Quy Nhon và Vung Tau Pearl. In particular, some projects have been completed and handed over to customers such as 9View Apartment that was handed over in May 2019, Moonlight Residences that was handed over in July 2019, SaigonMia that was handed over in August 2019.
With a solid financial potential, qualified and dedicated human resources and continuous application of management systems under the international standards (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018) and regular updates of new construction technologies, Hung Thinh Incons has been continuing to maintain its position in the construction market of Vietnam.
With that strong development, Hung Thinh Incons has passed the strict evaluation process from the Appraisal Council to receive the prize of "Typical Construction, Interior and Mechatronics Unit of Vietnam 2019".
