Established Hung Thinh Design - Construction Company Limited.
Started on constructing of industrial projects: factory – office in Long An and Tay Ninh provinces; energy project in Binh Duong and several medical projects in HCM City.

 2010

Changed its name to Hung Thinh Design - Construction Joint Stock Company.
Began construction of the first high-rise residential project - Thien Nam Apartments.

2013

Became the general contractor of the first high-end apartment project – 91 Pham Van Hai Apartments

2014

Strongly affirmed its prestige with 8X apartments chain - Apartments chain for young generation
Began construction of projects: Sky Center Apartments and Melody Residences Apartments.

2015

Developed into a professional general contractor with many large-scale projects: Florita Apartments, Vung Tau Melody Apartments and SaigonMia Apartments

2016

Changed its name to Hung Thinh Construction Joint Stock Company.
Continued to be the general contractor of projects: 9View Apartments, Moonlight Residences Apartments, Moonlight Park View Apartments, Lavita Garden Apartments, Richmond City Apartments and Moonlight Boulevard Apartments.
Increased authorized capital to VND 200 billion.

2017

Began construction of projects: Cam Ranh Mystery Villas, Lavita Charm Apartments, Saigon Mystery Villas and Shopping Center - Hotel - Restaurant Complex combining entertainment and sports services in Binh Dinh Province.
From May 2017, changed its name to Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company.
Increased authorized capital to VND 250 billion, kept a stable growth rate with total revenue and consolidated profit after tax in 2017 reaching VND 2,700 billion and VND 110 billion.

 2020

As the general contractor for the construction of Bien Hoa Universe Complex, Ho Tram Complex and New Galaxy apartment areas

Approve the plan of issuing stocks to existing shareholders, increasing charter capital to more than VND 495 billion.

Complete the payment of dividends for fiscal year 2019 in cash at the rate of 18%

Hand over the Richmond City apartment complex with impressive business result when recording revenue and profit from the project.

With existing capacity and experience, HTN is highly appreciated in Top 5 leading companies in the construction industry in Vietnam and Top 5 (revenue and profit in 2020) of construction industry group companies currently listed on Vietnam HoSe exchange 2020.

In 2020, HTN entered Top 15 shares with the highest price increase on HoSe.
HTN was honored with 'Listed companies meeting standards for information disclosure on the stock market in 2020' and 'Top 30 small-cap companies with the best annual report in 2019'
