On January 31st, 2018, Hung Thinh Land held a closing ceremony of business activities in the last quarter of 2017 with the theme "Who we are" at the Grand Ballroom - Capella Parkview Convention Center.

In the last year, each salesman in the system of 8 trading floors of Hung Thinh Land has flexibly adapted and has become the powerful talents, explorers and warriors to pass over significant challenges on the journey to glory.

According to the report of the Vietnam real estate market in 2017, in general, the market experienced a stable growth. In addition to the segment of low-end apartments which still accounted for a large number of transaction in the whole market, the report also noted the vibrant transaction volume in the mid-range apartments and villa lands in the East of Ho Chi Minh City. And Hung Thinh Land, with Saigon Mystery Villas project, is one of the contributing factors to this vibrancy.

To provide an overview of the business operation of the whole system in the 4th quarter of 2017 as well as to be ready for next business goals, Doan Thanh Ngoc – Permanent Deputy General Director of Hung Thinh Land represented the Board of Directors to summarize the business activities of Hung Thinh Land.
