In the framework of the Business Review and Honoring Ceremony 2020 with the theme of Overcoming Challenges - Digital Transformation of Hung Thinh Corporation that took place on January 26, Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company (HTN) - The Corporation's general construction contractor also reviewed its business activities in 2020. At the same time, at the event, HTN individuals and collectives with good achievements for the past year were also honored and rewarded.

Along with the positive growth achievements of the whole Corporation, HTN also ended 2020 with proud achievements. Overcoming the difficulties and challenges caused by the Covid-19 epidemic, HTN still achieved impressive growth and increasingly asserted the position of a reputable construction enterprise in the market.
In 2020, HTN exceeded its business plan, revenue and profit of HTN were VND 4,552 billion and VND 376 billion, respectively; revenue increased 24% and profit increased 101% compared to 2019. HTN's financial structure was maintained safely and effectively with total capital as of 31/12/2020 reaching VND 1,034 billion. Besides, HTN always ensured good liquidity, the ratio of debt to total assets remained at 80%. In addition, HTN also completed dividend payment for fiscal year 2019 in cash at the rate of 18% on March 30, 2020.
With its existing capacity and experience, HTN is highly appreciated in Top 5 companies in the construction industry in Vietnam and Top 5 (revenue and profit 2020) of the construction companies currently listed on HoSe stock exchange in 2020. Currently, HTN's stock price increases by more than 190% compared to the end of 2019. In 2020, HTN is in Top 15 highest increasing stocks on HoSe Exchange.

Regarding construction activities, for the past year, HTN has become the general contractor for the construction of major projects such as: New Galaxy (Binh Duong province), Bien Hoa Universe Complex (Dong Nai province), Ho Tram Complex (Ba Ria - Vung province). The works maintain optimal operation, ensure environmental hygiene, labor safety and ensure site security.
In 2020, the Covid-19 epidemic happened complicatedly and prolonged, affecting the construction progress of the projects, but HTN has adapted flexibly in all cases to timely meet the quality and progress of projects and requests of investors such as: completing and handing over projects of Richmond City, Saigon Mystery Villa, Bien Hoa New City; expected to hand over projects of Q7 Boulevard, Lavita Charm, and Q7 Saigon Riverside Complex; at the same time accelerate the construction of new projects such as Bien Hoa Universe Complex, New Galaxy, Ho Tram Complex ...
