On January 23, through the Review & Honoring Ceremony with the theme of "Brightening the flourishing era", Hung Thinh Corporation officially closed the year of 2021. At the event, Hung Thinh Incons (HTN) also reviewed its business activities in 2021 and presented awards to to collectives and individuals that gained excellent achievements for the past year.

In 2021, with many ups and downs, HTN gained many positive achievements, continued to maintain a stable growth momentum and exceeded the annual plan, which further confirms the management capacity and steady orientation of the Board of Directors for the past year.
Due to the impact of social distancing, construction works were almost halted, however, HTN still performed well the dual task of "both epidemic control and business efficiency maintenance", built about 20 projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh...
In 2021, Lavita Charm apartment complex (Thu Duc City, HCMC), Q7 Boulevard apartment complex (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), Cam Ranh Mystery Villas beach resort villa area (Khanh Hoa) performed by the company as a general contractor were completed and handed over to the customers. In September 2021, Quy Nhon Melody project was topped out ahead of schedule.
On the other hand, Hung Thinh Incons continued to sign contracts to build new projects of Bien Hoa Universe Complex (Dong Nai), Moonlight Center Point (Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City), New Galaxy Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa) and other projects key projects in Binh Dinh province such as Richmond Quy Nhon… The works performed by HTN as the general contractor had an estimated value of tens of thousands of billion dong, maintaining revenue and gross profit margin higher than the industry average.
In response to new challenges, in 2021 HTN gained remarkable achievements when revenue reached VND 6,163 billion and profit was VND 241 billion, gaining 107% and 103% respectively compared to the given plan. In October 2021, the company held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in an online form. HTN increased its charter capital to VND 891 billion through successful issuance, including two period of issuing shares to existing shareholders and 80% of shares to pay dividends for 2020. Closing the session on January 21, 2022, HTN's stock reached VND 44,200/ share, 2.4 times higher than at the beginning of 2021; market capitalization reached VND 3,938 billion, partly showing the trust and companionship of investors with the company.
Consolidating the foundation, waiting for new opportunities, in 2021 HTN completed the assessment of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018, applied 3D model to construction management and cost estimates control. Total employees as of December 2021 is 605 employees, an increase of 24% compared to the beginning of the year.
HTN has been affirming its position and brand in the construction industry in Vietnam when being honored at prestigious domestic and international awards such as: Top 5 in the ranking of Vietnam’s 50 best performing companies 2021; Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2021; Top 50 Vietnam's excellent profitable enterprises in 2021; Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2021 in the category of Best Innovative Contractor Vietnam; for the consecutive 2nd year, ranked in Top Listed Enterprises meeting standards for information disclosure on the securities market…
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Tien Thanh - General Director of HTN gave an overview of the company's operational situation in 2021 and shared about operation plan in 2022: “HTN is proud to have had significant contributions to the Corporatin's overall growth in 2021. In 2022, HTN will continue to execute projects to ensure safety and achieve the set schedule, apply technology solutions to construction management to suit the new situation, deploy bidding for potential projects outside the Corporation... The Board of Directors and all officers and employees of the company will work together for the development of HTN in particular and maintain Hung Thinh Corporation's position as the leading enterprise in Vietnam".
Having achieved impressive achievements in 2021, in addition to the correct strategic direction of the Corporation's Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of HTN, also comes from great contribution of HTN's staff who are always dedicated in their efforts. Following the Review program, in the section Honoring excellent individuals, collectives and member units in 2021 of Hung Thinh Corporation, many employees and collectives of HTN were also honored and awarded. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, to ensure safety, the Review & Honoring Ceremony was held in both offline and online forms at the bridge points of Hanoi, Binh Dinh, Binh Duong, Khanh Hoa... Collectives and individuals that have won typical titles will have sets of honorary gifts sent to each department.
